Ball Classes

See why Channel 12 featured us on the news for this exciting class!

Pendleton Pilates now offers Ball Classes at our downtown studio. "Pilates on the Ball” is very similar to other Pilates classes in that it incorporates many mat and equipment-based exercises. Adding the ball increases your mind/body awareness, core strength, balance and flexibility as you perform the work on an unstable base of support. Because of this instability, the class IS challenging, but fun. Each student works on their own ball and throughout the class variations and modifications are shown as needed. A typical class could include spine articulation, the rollup, leg circles, rolling like a ball, hundreds, etc. all using the big ball. Ball classes are $12 per session and $100 for a 10 class pass. You can use your 10-session card for Mat classes and Ball classes.

Please be sure to sign up in advance for ball classes.

Initial Consultation

At Pendleton Pilates, we request that our clients first invest in an Initial Consultation Series. These introductory training sessions are designed to teach you how get the most out of your Group Reformer sessions. We do this by instructing you in the fundamentals of Pilates, the movements we regularly do in class, and working with you on proper body alignment on the Reformer. The Initial Consultation Series is mandatory for those who wish to enter Group Reformer Classes and Private Instruction. If you have prior Pilates experience, please let us know as we may be able to work out a shorter introductory experience, particularly if you have been trained elsewhere by a Pendleton Pilates certified teacher.

Initial Consultation Series

The cost for the Initial Consultation Series is $150. It includes four hour-long private or semi-private sessions. We offer the Series on an appointment basis at all studio locations.

What Should I Do First?

Please call 513.478.3232 to schedule your Initial Consultation Series or for further information about any of our classes or programs. You may also email us at info@pendletonpilates.com. Please visit Locations for specific directions.
